About Alida Osetek

Having grown up on the south end of Cayuga Lake as well as West Hill in Ithaca, Alida is intimately familiar with Tompkins County and the surrounding areas. Alida graduated from Ithaca High School and immediately moved on to receive her Bachelor's and then Master's in Social Work at both Nazareth College in Rochester and Syracuse University.

 

She has spent the last 10-plus years working as a Social Worker locally while raising her two young children. Alida and her family have built a solid foundation in Trumansburg, NY while continuing to explore and appreciate the beauty of Tompkins and its neighboring counties.

 

Alida is all too familiar with how stressful albeit exciting the home buying and selling process can be and feels that her training as a social worker, and her knowledge of the area, make her a great resource to those interested in pursuing their next big purchase or sale. Above all else, she wants her clients to have a fun-filled experience and hopes to play the supportive role of advocate throughout the whole process.
