About Johan Dulfer

Originally from the Netherlands, Johan earned his master’s degree from the University of Minnesota and started a highly decorated career in collegiate volleyball coaching which included stops in Minnesota, Virginia, and New York. Coaching has been Johan’s passion and he brings that passion to help you smoothly navigate the buying and selling process. Johan has many years of experience in buying and selling all types of properties, from investment to waterfront.

He has a background as a landlord as well. His in-depth knowledge of the luxury market has earned him Berkshire Hathaway’s highly selective Luxury Real Estate Professional designation.
